Fun exercise ideas?
- Zumba (has anyone tried this? Is it good/effective?)
- Jogging (doubt I’ll stick to it)
- Swimming (would be embarrassed until I get a bit fitter)
- Gym (would do this if I had someone to go with, for motivation)
- Anything else that is good, preferably fun?
